At Home Alchemy, every candle is hand-poured with care. Below, you'll find all the details about how we ship your orders safely and efficiently.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During busier periods or launches, processing may take slightly longer—but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.
Shipping Rates & Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Standard shipping estimates:
Netherlands: 1–3 business days
EU countries: 3–7 business days
Rest of the world: 7–14 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on customs or carrier delays.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package on its journey.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package seems to be significantly delayed, please reach out to us at nicole@homealchemy.nl, and we’ll do our best to help.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at nicole@homealchemy.nl within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right!
International Orders
We ship to the EU, UK, US, and Canada! For customers outside the EU, please note that customs duties, VAT, or other import fees may apply at delivery. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
