We want you to love your candles as much as we loved making them. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Refunds or Replacements

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we’ll gladly issue a refund or send a replacement. To be eligible, please reach out to us at nicole@homealchemy.nl with your:

Order number
A brief description of the issue
Photo(s) showing the damage or error

Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

At this time, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to try a different scent, we recommend placing a new order once your return or refund is processed.
